The Cole Group is NOT a recruiting service. We educate school personnel and student-athletes and their parents/guardians about the ways to effectively assist student-athletes. We can assist you in-person, via email, or by telephone. We provide the following services: One-on-One Consultation with student-athletes and their parents/guardians and school personnel Professional development workshops and In-Service trainings for school counselors, coaches, and other school personnel Educational seminars for school personnel and parents/guardians Workshops for student-athletes including, but not limited to life skills and athletic resume development, transcript evaluation, and study skills enhancement Athletic Skills Development (Football Only) National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), and National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Navigation Consulting (group or individual) and training fees are based upon the needs of the client. The Cole Group calculates fees based upon the project. Our rationale: There is never a meter running. It removes the uncertainty of hourly billing. If we determine that additional resources are needed, there is no extra cost to you. There is a cap on your investment. There is never a question about billable time.
